Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Decepção total.

Péssima, fiquei por dois dias por falta de opção, até conseguir outra acomodação. Cobraram outro valor, não serviram café da manhã. Me cobraram por cama e não por quarto. Alegação é que podem cobrar o valor que eles acham, não o valor do hotéis.com. Não é recomendado para famílias. Os cães estranham, o banheiro é horrível, nos dois dias faltou de tudo. Pensando em ir até o Procon. Por sorte encontei um lugar legal. E pelo que vi não é a primeira vez que isso acontece com familias. Tem casos que ficaram na rua com crianças, com reserva pelo hotéis.com.
