Customer friendly

The staff are particularly nice. Service is flexible. When they know thst I have a morning pick-up, they initiated to offer me breakfast 1hour earlier than their usual time. They allow earlier check-in and offer free breakfast right after check in which is not a usual practice. They even let me choose a bigger room among 2 rooms. The WiFi works quite well even though the property is a 4 storey building.

Excellent hotel in a great location

Excellent from start to end. They arranged a taxi for my 1:30am arrival and the man at the desk was very kind when I finally arrived a bit after 2am. The room was great with a beautiful mural, which also cover the common area walls, and a balcony with a table & two chairs. There's fast wifi, ample outlets conveniently located, a very full breakfast with many options and freshly cooked eggs, hot water, advice about things to do, laundry service, and it's in a great location. Cruz de los Andes set the bar very high for the rest of my South America trip.

Very good hotel

It was wonderful. I had to leave earluer and then they prepared breakfst earlier for me. Room was good location was perfect and staffs were very nice.

Personnel très accueillant et serviable. Ils nous ont aidés à quelques reprises pour des réservations de taxi, info pour restaurant. On nous a fourni un chauffage portatif...cela a aidé à maintenir la chambre légèrement plus chaude ( défectueux ? Ou trop petit pour la chambre)
