Cool location and nice staff. The bed had sex stains on unclean sheets and the bathroom had been cleaned but still had remnants from the prior occupants. No shower head, just a pipe sticking out of the wall. Otherwise ..... ok

Like most budget hotels in the old historic walled city, you have to carry your bags upstairs from the entrance at street level. No elevator - it is a historic building. But the lady at the desk came down and helped me when I arrived. My basic single room had great air-conditioning, a necessity since Cartagena is hot and humid pretty much all year. There was no window or desk in the room. I am pretty sure there was only one temperature for water in the shower - but the lukewarm water felt great after walking around sightseeing in the heat. If you are looking to spend time in the walled, historic section of the city, the location is great. And you can stock up on supplies at the Exito, about a block away. Exito even has a cafeteria upstairs where you can get full meals on a budget.

EXCELENTE

Mi estadía en el Hotel fue super buena la aproveche al máximo, el personal del hotel te ofrecen planes turísticos y una guía personalizada en la recepción tienen vídeos de cada una de las islas que rodean a cartagena solo reserve por una noche no y no pude resistirme a quedarme otra para poder visitar el oceanario en las islas del rosario fue un plan del que no me arrepiento y gracias a los chicos del hotel pase dos días espectaculares en cartagena, el desayuno es riquísimo tiene una terraza al aire libre para desayunar y pasar un buen rato, se los recomiendo

Provided Extra support for problem

Provided support to help me with a major connecting flight change due to airline changing my return to states ( telephoned & let me use hotel cell phone while on hold for two hours while changed were being made. Extremely clean, small room but for $26/night = AWESOME deal for EXCELLENT location in heart old walled city! Highly recommend for budget/single traveler.

La ubicación es excelente, esta ubicado en el centro amurallado por lo que esta cerca a todos los sitios turísticos de cartagena por lo que no me toco caminar tanto, todo estaba cerca, también ofrecen planes turísticos de muy buena calidad la pasamos super bien, la atención de los empleados es impresionante y más cuando te hablan de la fachada del hotel la cual era una casa colonial del siglo XVIII el hotel tiene una terraza muy divina, sin duda alguna volvería otra vez.

el hotel esta perfectamente ubicado y se nos facilito dirigirnos a sitios estratégicos en toda la ciudad amurallada, es muy acogedor, la habitación estuvo impecable, el personal es muy servicial. Elegimos el hotel por nuestra luna de miel, el plan de la cena romántica por la bahía de cartagena estuvo increíble, ver la puesta de sol en el catamaran fue muy hermoso. Gracias al personal por ayudarnos en nuestra celebración de Luna de miel. Hicieron de esta fecha tan importante y especial para nosotros un momento inolvidable

Excelente nuestra estadía, hicieron de nuestras vacaciones familiares una muy buena experiencia, la habitación acorde a las fotos, la limpieza fenomenal y la atención del personal fue inigualable, siempre prestos a ayudarnos en todo. los planes turísticos los mejores, el tour a isla del encanto lo super recomiendo y la ubicación del hotel ni se diga...fue perfecta!
