Horrible service and questionable place in general
The first problem with this place is that the address is wrong. We were, therefore, running around the city trying to find it, not what you want to do after a long train ride from Tbilisi. We then had a guy calling them but they gave us insufficient information for finding the place. Just giving us the correct address would have been a nice touch. When we finally arrived they astonished us by claiming that the address was correct, although we could clearly see that it wasn't. It says no.7 but it is in fact 67.
Their unwillingness to help was a reoccurring theme, as we pointed out several times that none of the toilets had toilet paper. However, it took them more than 24 hours to get some! Furthermore, the bathrooms smelled of piss and most of them lacked soap. The bed in the room was decent but the room had big windows to the common area, meaning that we had light in our room throughout the night. Moreover, it was also quite noisy as people were cooking during the night. However, it should be noted that it is nice that you have the opportunity to cook and the place is located fairly close to the city center. To be fair it is a very cheap place but I have stayed in many cheap places around the world and they usually win by being very helpful. This was lacking here and therefore I simply cannot recommend them.
