Un lugar muy tranquilo y acogedor, sólo estuvimos una noche pero definitivamente es un lugar en el que vale la pena estar más días para descansar a gusto. Adrián súper amable, nos ayudó con cualquier cosa que necesitamos.

Excelso.

Anfitrión Adrián es un excelente anfitrión. La atención proporcionada excedió las expectativas - estuvo al pendiente todo el tiempo. Es posible encargar comida y así no salir de la casa. Habitación La habitación es estilo loft, un gran espacio abierto, con un diseño especial. Ubicación Si desean ir al centro de Tepoz queda a 10 minutos aproximadamente. Se recomienda ir en taxi o en colectivo para evitar el tráfico del centro. Lugar Es una propiedad con varias habitaciones. No es un hotel per se. Es un excelente lugar para descansar - tiene una terraza que queda de frente al Tepozteco y la vista es inigualable, mágica, ideal para leer, pintar, meditar y amar. Mi recomendación es no salir de la propiedad y pasar día y noche ahí.

En sí solo ofrecen una estadía para estar ahí, no cuenta con servicios como televisión, plancha, secador, por ejemplo. Pero lo que ofrece es suficiente en relación costo/beneficio. La casa está alejada del pueblo principal por lo que es una zona muy tranquila, muchos árboles que te hacen sentir como si fuera una cabaña. El descanso cumplí muy bien con el objetivo, un colchón rígido que ayuda a la postura como no se imaginan y una temperatura que no necesita aire acondicionado.

Mala experiencia

No tiene puerta el baño de la habitación, la cama es king size pero tiene dos esponjas, no son colchones del tamaño individual muy incómoda para descansar, tienes que tocar y esperar a que te abran para entrar al hotel, igual para salir por que cierran con candado. La regadera se descompuso y tuvieron que cerrar la llave de paso, la habitación olía a caño del baño, las toallas muy sucias oliendo a humedad, no hacen el servicio al cuarto, el hotel es muy caro relativo a lo que ofrecen, mejor quédense en otro lugar que esté cómodo y tenga todo lo necesario para descansar.

The location is so amazing. It really is a magical place and especially on the terrace you have a magical view. I also liked the design of the building and the furniture. It was minimalistic but warm. A perfect combination to relax in.

no vale lo que cobran....instalaciones precarias y muy descuidadas. El baño sin puerta y con fuga de agua y mal olor y la recamara , mejor ni les digo .... no vuelvo a contratar sin antes ver lo que me ofrecen.... de todas formas gracias
