Excelente pousada!

Desde a recepção até o atendimento no café da manhã foi excelente! Os recepcionista sempre prestativos e simpáticos. Café da manhã com muitas opções, reposição o tempo todo e o atendimento das meninas é maravilhoso! Quarto muito limpo, roupa de cama e banho também muito limpos. Segunda vez que me hospedo e sempre recomendo a pousada.

Banheiro improvisado

Estadia boa por causa da gentileza da pessoa da portaria. Greice foi muito gentil quando solicitei a troca do quarto. Estavamos eu, filha e genro. O 1° quarto tinha um banheiro improvisado com vidros Blindex fosco. Acho muito desconfortável esse tipo de banheiro. Acho que uma pessoa sozinha tudo bem. Mas até para um casal é complicado. Greice foi muito gentil com a troca do quarto para nós. Excelente café da manhã, atenciosos e confortável a hospedagem.

Estadia confortável

Minha estadia foi curta mas gostei bastante do hotel. Bem localizado, perto de tudo, silencioso, limpo, cama confortável e café da manhã variado. Único ponto que senti diferença de outras hospedagens é que não tem alguém "presencialmente" na recepção sempre... Mas, nenhum reclamação. Indico o local. Não possui estacionamento. O Hotel indica um perto. Paguei 35,00 a diária.

Gostei muito da estadia, apesar de ter sido somente se um dia. Equipe muito educada, tanto do balcão quando do restaurante.

O banheiro do quarto, na versão onde houve adaptação, é muito pequeno e desconfortável para quem viaja em amigos. O hotel estava em manutenção e tinha poucos funcionários que, apesar de educados e atenciosos, não sabiam dar informações básicas. O café da manhã é bom. A recepção fica vazia (recepcionista aparece quando chamada) e não há alguém para ajudar com bagagens apesar de ser um local todo composto por escadas. Pelo estilo do atendimento não parece muito um hotel.

O atendimento foi excelente e o café da manhã, maravilhoso. O único problema foi o banheiro do quarto, que não era totalmente fechado, tirando toda a privacidade de quem o usava. Ficamos num quarto pra 4 pessoas, e 3 tinham q sair para que 1 usasse o banheiro. Podiam pelo menos fechar o blindex até o teto, sei lá. Isso foi horrível.

O hotel fica de frente para a rodoviária e não há estacionamento nem local para parar o carro, o hotel possui convênio com estacionamento do outro lado da rua, que é bem apertado. A entrada está no meio de estabelecimentos comerciais, é pequena e da acesso a recepção que fica no 2o andar. Não há elevador, recomendo levar malas pequenas. O atendimento é muito bom e os funcionários são solicitos. O café da manhã é o ponto a alto, delicioso. Os quartos são o limpos e ok para uma curta estadia.

O prédio é de 1920,foi todo reformado cheio de adaptaçoes e gambiarras.Muitas escadas .O quarto com menos de 7m2 ,mal cabe uma pequena cama de casal e só cabe 1 criado mudo.Não tem armario e nem sequer um cabide para pendurar a roupa.O banheiro tem um desnivel em relação ao piso do quarto de cerca de 20 cm mais alto, um perigo para usá-lo no escuro.Devido a falta de espaço não dá para abrir as janelas do quarto,que abrem uma folha para dentro e outra para fora e ficam voltadas para um espaço interno de serviço onde ficam os compressores dos ar condicionados no mesmo nível do quarto e a fiaçao desses jogada no piso causando um grande risco de incêndios.Segundo informações dos funcionários todos os quartos seguem o mesmo padrão.Muito ruim.

Ótimo custo benefício

Uma boa opção para quem busca um local próximo de tudo. Pois ficam bem no centro histórico de Petrópolis, possibilitando um deslocamento a pé até os principais pontos de visitação, como o museu imperial e a categral.
