Not good at all, I'm waiting for my refund as we did not get access to the room. It is not a Hotel it's somebody's flat.

Stay away!!

This has the lowest rating hotels.com allows, if I could make it less I would! Surprised that the site even allows these people to advertise. Advice was to contact the owners directly to make access arrangements, unfortunately for us the person managing the phone spoke little to no English. As a solution I emailed them to make a plan but got no response. When we arrived at 6.45pm we were corralled to a table whereupon 3 x people made us feel extremely uncomfortable, denying we had called previously, and couldn't understand my simple email. All the time armed with a card reader making demands for a £20 late check in and cleaning £20 fee. Needless to say we left without as much as seeing the room. Not a good way to operate any business, these people have no idea about hospitality.

Good afternoon I booked me and my girlfriend an overnight stay for our anniversary through your website at the hydro city centre penthouse in Glasgow for Saturday 15th September. The confirmation number is 151673102349. He got charge £80. From the start when the man arrived late to give us the keys he got our name wrong and it all went down from there. 5 people came with him to give us the keys. They took us up to our room and he took a further £20 off us “for cleaning” which we already thought was included in the £80 I already paid. We went out for an hour and came back and the man who gave us the keys was still in the penthouse with the other 4 people sitting watching football !! We weren’t happy with this at all as we thought we paid for this penthouse for only us two for the night. We didn’t realise we would be sharing the penthouse with another 5 people !!! We handed the keys back and walked straight out. So it ruined our full night. I lost £100 and we didn’t even get our overnight stay because we felt uncomfortable coming back to the penthouse and 5 people were sitting watching tv in the room we paid for. I would like a full refund. If someone could Email me back ASAP that would be appreciated.
