Great location

Hotel is in a great location for walking to the old city and to shops and restaurants. All contact with hotel management is done virtually. No keys, onlybdoor codes which worked very well.

there is nothing unique, about this apartment. misleading is not ok. All of the list on the apartment never exist. No human support or customer service on the property. I will report you to all sites if you don't change name states.

Very disappointed, Very basic, no cutlery, paid for breakfast which we didn't get. Handy for the Old City though. Believe I've been overcharged as well.

Nette, schone, compacte kamer op handige plek in centrum Jeruzalem. Fijne douche. Nadeel is het lawaai ‘s nachts. Wel wennen aan het onpersoonlijke: communicatie gaat per what’s app. Mijn vraag waarom er geen borden in de kitchenette waren werd niet beantwoord. Ook was mij niet duidelijk hoe de tv werkte, er was geen instructie.

The location was perfect to everything such as the Western Wall and the Church of Holy Sepulchre. However, it was EXTREMELY difficult to sleep at night. Because the hotel is so close to many restaurants and bars there is loud music until 2am. After the music stops here comes all the drunk people shouting, singing, fighting, etc. We were exhausted our entire trip because of lack of sleep. Also, the rooms are not that good. They are very outdated, very small, the hot water doesn’t always work. It was hot despite the air conditioner on. I really am surprised at the ratings. The hotel is in no way shape or form a 4.8. One last thing, there is no breakfast. When I booked through Expedia it stated “breakfast included”. It advertised that the free breakfast was near by and you would need to make reservations. However, when I asked about the breakfast I was told “there is no breakfast and there are many cafes around where we could go get something”. This is besides the point though. Part of the reason I booked were reviews and the breakfast.

Excelente atendimento e carinho! Super indico!

De muitos hoteis que fiquei, esse superou as expectativas. Além dos souveniers padrão que temos em varios hoteis, esse surpredndeu no carinho. Ao chegar encontrei uma garrafa de vinho local com o abridor ao lado esperando. Além de microondas, frigobar, pia....já tinha bucha para louça, detergente, pano de pia, pano de prato, talheres, copos, xícaras....enfim, todo apoio que qualquer pessoa precisa na viagem. E não parou por ai. Tinha uma jarra que aquece água e mais uma série de saches de café, chás e outros. O quarto era limpo e organizado todos os dias. Super indico!

Jerusalem overniter

Great hotel to stay at, near the Jaffa gate so close to the old city, lots of eateries and supermarkets nearby. Room had a microwave and some cooking utensils which is handy if you are staying for a few nights. Tram is about 5 min walk away. Clean and tidy room and had a great view from outside balcony of the street.
