Yo habia pagado por adelantado en Expedia y cuando llegué me pidieron mas plata. No me quisieron dar llaves de la habitación y me tocó salir a buscar hotel, cargando maletas en medio de la noche en una zona peligrosa. They refused to honor my reservation. Demanded more money than I had already paid via Expedia. I was left stranded in the middle of the night, carrying bags and in a very sketchy part of town.
