The location is opposite Malad Railway station and is in very close proximity to public transportation. staff need to be groomed in customer services and in dealing with customers. A request or question asked takes the staff tow days to answere or is not understood by them.
We were given a room on the 05th Floor however the lift access to the fifth floor was locked. We had to carry our bags and shopping one flight of stairs tot he fifth floor. Breakfast menu was limited and the same every day even though we were willing to pay for a different menu.
We would only go back to the hotel if another choice is not available at time of booking our stay.
