I paid for a king size bed and got a queen bed, no gate remotes available and after 10.00pm they lock you in the so no access to leave the building and even the car park.. not for me. My wife arrived at 3.00am and I pre arranged to get her into the hotel but she couldn’t get anyone to open the front gate and I couldn’t get out of the rooms area either and she had to go to another hotel that was available. These people have no idea of management in the hospitality industry
