The unit we stayed for the two nights was run down and needs to be immediately renovated. Furniture was old and damaged.

Friends and family who plan to drink: BEWARE.

It's a split-type unit and renters should keep weary over the noise since security can be summoned and renters can be charged $250/visit from security. Had we known about this policy, we would have picked some place more, isolated. Overall a nice set up, parking was limited to 2 per unit but there is 'visitor' praking (at your own risk, front desk said).. Some (or all) units managed by a hotel about 7 minutes away.. My company and I would have enjoyed much, much more if the place did not have that looming threat of being charged $250 for, let's face it: people go to have fun with friends and alcohol.
