My wife and I enjoyed the stay so much. The staffs are very friendly and hospitable. The atmosphere is so great surrounded by trees and water flows along the river next to the Paradise.

SĆ©jour au top. A 10 minutes en voiture de l entree du parc national, ce qui permet de le visiter en une journĆ©e. Les lodges sont bien Ć©quipĆ©s, le restaurant sur mesure est trĆØs bon et l environnement est trĆØs tropical. Tout le monde est trĆØs gentil, c est marquĆ© a l entrĆ©e, GOOD VIBES šŸ‘šŸ‘

Me gusto quedarme en este HOTEL, me quede en una cabaƱa muy linda con mi pareja. Pero hubo cosas que no me gustaron: - Pedimos aseo a la habitaciĆ³n pues (el de todas las maƱanas como usual) y no nos cambiaron toallas (estaban sucias) solo las pusieron a secar , tampoco nos dieron jabones de ducha nuevos. - La comida Estuvo normal, aunque siempre fue lo mismo de desayuno, no variaron. -La piscina ā€œā€ā€ā€ no es piscina sino alberca, sĆŗper chiquita y sĆŗper sucia. Me metĆ­ y me dio mucho asco, veĆ­a el moho flotando en el agua, en muy muy mal estado esa parte. -El wifi muy malo En general fue una estadĆ­a buena/normal. La cabaƱa estuvo linda pero siento que tienen descuidado el lugar, no fue una excelente estadĆ­a tampoco muy mala, estuvo normal. No volverĆ­a tbh.

The service was extraordinary!!! YOU MUST COME HERE!!! I am big on customer service and cleanliness so this place overpassed my expectations!!!! Julian was sooo informative and his wife provided us with a detailed whatsapp text so we could not get lost, thereā€™s was people waiting for us even on the street so we did not get lost since itā€™s full of eco friendly vegetation!!!! They constantly kept checking on us to make sure we were SAFE!!! We drove from Barranquilla to here for the first time it was a bit far but we were going to Tyrona park and since itā€™s closed by it was soooooooooo worth it!!!! They greeted us with information on what to do and what to avoid to be safe and not get lost! WOW they impressed me with how well they want their customers to be informed!! The Room: WOW WOW WOW Spekled cleaned!!! Very well organized super cleaned no spider webs which I thought there were going to be since in a cabana... but no! Very clean... For a couple to enjoy and relax peace!! The perfect get away!! There is a River close to sleep through the night!!! The rain too!!! The Towels smelled good too bathroom was clean with running water... They provided us with a welcomed star fruit drink!!! Top of the line service I through I was in Hawaii it was just beautiful!!!! I must come back here it was worth it!!!!

If this is Tayrona Paradise, it is no thanks to the facility. I don't usually write negative reviews but I strongly believe that the 9.3 rating is not deserved for multiple reasons. For one, the hygiene is very insufficient everywhere : in the lobby, in the rooms, on the breakfast table.... Everything looks old and dirty and not well maintained. There is NO HOT SHOWER and no where is that written on the hotel description ... Instead of putting a TV in such a beautiful scenery, they could have invested in hot water. One of the worst breakfasts with no options... bare eggs , 2-3 regional fruits or empanadas. The room was very dark in the day and night time which was really uncomfortable. The service is non existant... Last but not least, we shouldn't excuse any of the above with the argument of ecology. Ecology doesn't mean lack of hygiene and lack of service!!! Having said that, the nature is amazing here and Tayrona Park is gorgeous....
