一切過於簡陋

1)Check in時，並無人員在櫃台辦理入住，call了電話也沒接，等了五分鐘後，才有人慢慢從裡面走出協助辦理，連我是否使用線上刷卡付費或是付現都不太清楚，這樣的登記系統是否過於簡便? 2)說明附註有「早餐」，但沒有，無論是否是要另外加訂或是原先就有附，旅店人員都沒有任何的說明。 3)房間無窗戶，唯一的窗戶在廁所，不喜歡沒有陽光照進的房間。
