I like that it was so close to the beach which I liked because it was a beach for swimming not for lounging. I did not like the fact that the property was too far from the rest. That's why it is quiet I guess. I will return if I have the chance.

自然がいっぱいで海が目の前 玄関開けて海まで10秒 夜は皆んなでBBQ 空港から近い 余計な干渉される事なくストレスフリー。ただ集落に迷惑のかからないよう配慮は絶対必要！

施設の目の前に綺麗な海があって、子供連れはいつでも入れるので便利です。海もとても綺麗です。奄美に行ったら、また泊まりたいです。市内より少し距離があるので、自炊で毎食済ませました。子供が三人いたので、自炊でもよかったと思います。

Great studio with beach right in front

The Studio was recently build, Dec/2020 and is very clean. There is a shower outside to wash off sands before you return to the studio. There is a table outside so we have breakfast outside every morning. A bit pricy compare to other conventional hotel rooms but definitely worth it. The Uttabaro beach is literally less than 20 steps from the front door. It was almost like a private beach.

欲を言えばDVDプレーヤー がなかったのが少し残念でした。 (探しきれていないのであればすいません) あともう少し宿近くに自販機が あればと思いました。 (わがままで申し訳ないです) コロナ禍での状況でしたが スタッフの対応室内の環境も 素晴らしかったです。 またお世話になりたいと 思える宿泊先でした！

Check in was super easy and quick. You have to pick up the key from a different location than the house, but it was a quick 15 minute drive to the house. The house is located right in front of the beach, which was super convenient. The house was very clean and beautiful. Lots of room for my family of 6. We would definitely stay here again.
