The staff was professional and always helpful, I especially liked Elena. The restaurant, The Chateau, was excellent. One of the best in Kharkov. I enjoyed the location of the hotel the best. There is a medical clinic 20 meters from the hotel to secure a COVID PCR test to fly back to the USA (very convenient).

Best in Kharkiv

Gostiny Dvor is the best hotel in Kharkiv. I stayed there for 5 days and it was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. If you are coming to Kharkiv, give this place a try.

Cute hotel but lack of service and cleanliness.

Not very clean room. Dusty. Stains on bed linnen. Reception asked me to pay extra to have this changed. Lack of service. Overall cute hotel.

Cute boutique hotel with fantastic wine list

Fantastic hotel with an amazing restaurant attached. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was perfect. Right in the center. Food for breakfast is delicious. I had dinner one night top notch wine list and cuisine. Very cute hotel. One small drawback is you have a shower instead of bathtub with shower.

This has to be one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in!!! The staff was outstanding! Best restaurant with the kindest and most professional waiters and waitresses I have ever met! You have to stay at this hotel in Kharkov! Perfect location!

In the city so no real need for use of taxi's, everything in walking distance. If you have a rental, carpark is small, 3 spaces so if your not back early from doing your tourist duties you may have to park on the street. I could hear people talking in the next room, not clearly but enough to be annoying when your trying to go to sleep. Restaurant was fantastic.
