Quando cheguei o hotel não tem o mesmo nome que Oyo hotel nunca existiu, as fotos não condiz com a realidade do estabelecimento. O hotel está com bastante acaro e mofo, o banheiro se vc usar o vaso sanitário qdo levanta quase bate na parede de tão apertado. O hotel não realiza as trocas das toalhas, nem limpeza dos quartos, sem dizer que a noite toda tem barulho na rua, a única coisa boa é a educação dos funcionários a chegada já assusta fica ao lado da estação do Brás tem bastante andarilho e alcoólatras.

O atendimento é muito bom mas no quarto faltam uma mesa e um cabideiro, que são coisas necessárias para um mínimo conforto e o chuveiro funcionou com água quente só no primeiro dia, depois foi difícil conseguir um bom banho.

Recepcionista Juarez ou Jurandir não me recordo, muito simpático e prestativo. Mais os outros deixam a desejar, higiene também não é das melhores ( fiquei hospedará por 4 dias e em nenhum neles limparam nosso quarto ou trocaram roupa de cama). Também pelo valor não dá para exigir muito, mais pode melhorar!

Pelo preço do site compensa.

Gostei do hotel. Fui com minha esposa fazer compras no Brás, e lá fica praticamente no centro, íamos a 5min de caminhada das lojas e a 10min da feirinha da madrugada. As acomodações não são de um hotel de luxo, mas pelo preço pago compensa bastante. Em junho de 2019 paguei R$97,00 reais a diária, mas esse preço foi aqui pelo site. A diária direto no hotel pro mesmo quarto era em torno de 200,00 reais, e por esse preço não achei as acomodações compatíveis.

Poderia ser melhor

O hotel fica próximo de tudo, principalmente ao lado da estação do Brás, próximo a comércios e lugares com bons preços para comer. Para quem quer passar 1 ou 2 dias é ótimo mas do que isso não, não há limpeza diária no quarto, quartos bem simples, mas pelo preço está okay. O café da manhã não é bom, aconselho fazer seu café da manhã em algum lugar próximo. O atendimento é em um estilo bem informal, mas é bom. O hotel é bom para quem quer fazer compras por ali e já ir embora, caso você queira fazer turismo na cidade aconselho ir em busca de outro.
