Iniciando mal las vacaciones

Pésimo servicio, llegamos y nuestra reserva no estaba registrada, después de un rato aparece, pero la habitación no estaba lista y nos dijeron que regresáramos en media hora, salimos a comer y regresamos una hora después y resulta que como no llegamos en media hora como nos habían dicho, le dieron nuestra habitación a alguien mas, pasamos un mal rato, perdimos mucho tiempo en ir y venir dos veces del hotel para que no dijeran que siempre no y el personal que atendia, no sabia nada, con trabajo y hablaba, decía que solo los jefes sabían y los jefes no estaban ahí.
