Worst hotel experience ever. Don’t go buy the pictures that are on the website absolutely deceiving, bed bugs, cold water, dirty bedding , dirty toilet, blood and hair on bed, cold dusty. Absolutely disgraceful. Stinking like crap. If I could give a minus I’d give it a minus 5

Söylemek istediğim bir kaç şey var. Alt kısımda sıralıyorum. 1- Oda temiz değildi. Yatak yorgan kıl içindeydi. 2- İçeride haşere vardı. 3- wifi şifresinin yazılı olduğu bir yer yoktu. 4- yemek yapabileceğimiz tabak çanak ne varsa toz içerisindeydi. 5- yataklar eski ve konforsuzdu. 6- aparatın konumu çarşıya araba mesafesindeydi. Sanırım arabası olmayan için biraz yürümek gerekecek. Sonuç olarak kesinlikle tercih etmeyin ucuz olsun dedik biz gittik ama kanepede oturarak uyumak zorunda kaldık.

This apartment isn't a human or an animal safe place to stay at because of how dirty it is mouldy on the wall very bad pillows dust everywhere not even pets can live in this state. I only went in for 1 hour and i left so i contacted hotel.com and the apartment it self they don't want to refund me at all the service is very bad and i really do recomend that no one should use hotel.com or stay at this apartment. Thank you

This has been my worst experience ever doing bussiness with you guys, the hotels were just pure scam and even the support didn't do anything. The hotel I visited was not as shown nor as described, it was so bad that I wouldn't even stay on it for free because of how disgusting the area was. Scam will not be accepted by any chance when it comes this amount of money and you guys aren't doing anything for it which is awful! And by the way we didn't stay at the hotel we just couldn't handle the disgust, the lies and the scam!
