Tenía una reserva con 4 días de anticipación por esta página con código de reserva y colocada la tarjeta de crédito y cuando llegue el administrador dijo q NO hay espacio y q es un error de la plataforma y q NO puede hacer nada por q es un error de la plataforma y no de ellos y el hotel está lleno, luego de actitudes de inconformidad y de expresarle la falta de gestión para poder solucionar el inconveniente me dijo q podría darme una habitación ... nada de lo q se reservó !!!! A mayor costo lo q por la temporada alta me toco tomar !!! Es sumamente incómodo que uno se tome el tiempo de buscar con antelación y reservar en páginas con trayectoria para q al hacer uso de la reservación le informen q NO pueden acceder a ella por un error de la plataforma aparte la actitud del administrador poco resolutiva y cero amable para q luego de comentarios negativos de mi parte por la falta de resolución y amenaza de quejarme aparece una solución !!!!! De dos habitaciones para 5 personas solo una habitación a mayor precio del q se accedió por la página de ustedes !!!!!

Es un hotel ideal para ir en familia, las instalaciones son nuevas y bien cuidadas El personal es muy amable, el desayuno tiene mucha variedad.
