New and comfortable hotel right near the trains and busses and close to the airport, and has airport shuttle (small fee). So it should be the goto hotel for people who need a place flying in or out of Tbilisi Georgia. Room had balcony with table/chairs, had tea pot, mini-fridge, lots of outlets, and plenty of blankets etc. Has AC. Super nice and helpful staff. As working travelers, it was just what we needed.
