Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Hotel not accommodated

It was very bad experience, they didn't accommodate by giving the reason that management of Hotel has been changed and there is no connection with current management. I requested for refund via email., and didn't receive any proper response,rather giving usual reply that they will contacting with Hotel.
