Wir mussten umgehend das Hotel wechseln

Das Hotel entspricht nicht dem, was auf Hotels.com angeboten wird. Das Hotel wird wohl bald verkauft und daher wird nix mehr investiert. Man hat uns in ein Abstellkammer hinter einem Kühlschrank/Generator ohne Fenster stecken wollen - für den gleichen Preis. Der Pool ist kaum der Rede wert, die Atmosphäre beklemmend. Wir haben umgehend das Hotel gewechselt, man fuhr uns noch in ein Hostel, wo die Zimmer karg wie im Gefängnis (notdürftig und zweckmäßig könnte man auch sagen) ausgestattet sind, Lage neben einem Fluss, der laut rauscht - Fenster (soll heißen Loch in der Wand) sind ohne Moskitonetze. Sehr stark Backpacker wenn man keine Ansprüche hat und dafür noch zu teuer.

El peor lugar de Medellín

La peor experiencia en todos mis viajes. Desde la atención hasta el lugar. Una verguenza. Me cambié de hotel y adicional a eso me cobraron media tarifa por estar 30 minutos.

Pesimo, sucio, mal servicio, una porqueria

Muy mal, el costo es alto y las instalaciones dan mucho que pensar. Las fotos en internet dan apariencia de algo mejor, pero es pesimo, no solo en instalaciones sino en las habitaciones y baños. Creo que para los extranjeros con experiencias de consumo de alcohol, drogas y sexo no se dan cuenta de esto.

Superb staff. Nice location. Lots of positives

The staff are super nice. Especially the owner Jorge is a very friendly guy who makes sure that all guests are content with the stay and facilities. He goes out of the way to help you to navigate the city or arrange a tour or call a taxi.

Casa Ram quaint hidden no frills gem

Casa Ram was like the property that time forgot, but in a very charming way. The overgrown lush greenery, the cracked stone walkways and feeling that time has stopped, or at least slowed down in the moment. Because the quaint property is scheduled to be redeveloped into a high rise modern hotel, things have been left to gradually age, but if you are looking for a no frills and more local and authentic experience, casa ram will suit you. It is quietly tucked on a small street away from the crazy noise and bustle of Calle 10, but close enough for a few short blocks walk to the action and plenty of restaurant's and nightlife and shopping. The rooms were moderately clean as could be expected for the price, overall a great value for the location. The staff was extremedy helpful and pleasant and made the stay much more enjoyable with their tips and kind direction.

Beautiful. Not like other hostels

Delightful staff. Access to the kitchen. A really laid back charming beautiful place. Unfortunately it's due to be pulled down to be replaced by a high rise building which is why it is a bit worn around the edges. Excellent value.

Medellin un encanto

Excelente zona al lado de un supermercado también se puede cocinar en este hotel es como estar en casa lo único es que ofrecen un desayuno pero no lo dan es mejor llevar para cocinar. Gente muy amable. Medellin me encantó

Horrible place, not recommended

Abandoned, dirty, with holes on the walls, and rats within those wholes in the night. No hot water. There were empty beers from previous tenants everywhere. We booked with breakfast, but nothing was served during three days. The room was not cleaned during our three nights of stay. I go to Medellin every month, and this one has been by far the worst stay ever.

Rélajante en medio de Medellín

Estuve con mi hijo en plan de turismo, y es muy relajante el ambiente de éste hostel, tiene mucha naturaleza, y el sonido del agua entre los árboles, excelente ambiente; rodeado de buenos restaurantes, cerca a sitios turísticos, supermercado, y fácil para cojer transporte.

No es lo que ofrece

El hotel no se corresponde en absoluto con lo que sale en internet. Yo reserve la habitacion porque supuestamente tenia cocina en todas las habitaciones. Esto no era asi. Solo hay dos suites que tienen cocina, el resto son habitaciones normales. En la que me correspondio no habia armario, no tenia ventana y la puerta era corredera con grandes rendijas donde se podia ver el interior. La situacion era buena, pero no era lo que yo esperaba, de tal forma que no me quede alli. La persona de recepcion fue encantadora y nos explico que fueron incluidos en internet hace algun tiempo con la informacion no real, pero que por mas que han intentado corregirlo no lo han conseguido. Nos acepto sin problemas nuestra marcha sin cobrarnos nada.
