Grosse déception

La description sur le site n est pas du tout conforme à la réalité : il ne s agit pas d un hotel 3*** mais d une chambre d hote, il n y a pas de restaurant gastronomique contrairement ce quiest affiche, aucun service, pas de personnel. Le petit-déjeuner ni café expresso ni céréale ni œuf et sans possibilité dans faire... La piscine d eau salée est loin d etre clean (eau trouble et du vert). Le cadre est magnifique, la propriétaire est désolée mais à 140 e sans clim et un petit déjeuner très moyen, il y a bien d autres possibilités aux alentours.

Very ancient and beautiful building and rooms to match. Very pleased with location and friendly helpful owner and assistant. Disappointed that the restaurant was not open in evenings and wifi was not working. Owner was very helpful in recommending and making reservation at nearby excellent restaurant for the evening.

Hotel de charme cevenol

Un beau corps de ferme bien rénové, jardins fleuris, vue panoramique de la piscine , calme absolu , tres relaxant, une chambre donnant sur le jardin avec une excellente literie (et nous sommes tatillions sur le sujet) Accueil super, décontracté et chaleureux une dame anglaise petillante , on nous donne les clés et on a l impression d' être chez nous dans ces belles pierres . Nous avions réservé une nuit , et nous avons regretté de devoir rentrer et de ne pas profiter davantage de cette belle région.

Spannender Aufenthalt in einem eigentlich geschlossenem Hotel. Das sehr freundliche Personal war sehr bemüht, dennoch für Komfort in den uralten Mauern zu sorgen. Ich werde wiederkommen!

nul, aucun contact avec la propriétaire , ne métrise pas la langue Française .pas de passage régulier journellement pour faire le lit et changer les serviettes .La télé ne transmet pas toutes les chaines principale, trop vieille d'après les dire de la propriétaire. canapé très inconfortable, a mal vieilli ainsi que le lit qui grince, jeun couple s'abstenir. Le parquet grince, impossible d'entendre la télé si quelqu'un se déplace, réveille de toute la chambre lorsqu'on se lève la nuit .Si vous n'avez pas de téléphone portable vous ne pouvez pas entrer dans l 'hôtel , pas de sonnette idem lorsque vous avez besoin d'un service il faut téléphoner avec votre .Nous avons loué une chambre studio,éclairage tamisé, prévoir bougie pour diner ."petit " déjeuner.

Un cadre magnifique pour une vie de chateau

Une immense chambre aménagée avec gout, très belle salle de bain, dans une superbe demeure en pierres, avec piscine dans les vignes. Au bord de la route donc un peu de bruit (très discret) mais très accessible. Seul regret, les très grands plafonds et les fenêtres de toit font qu'il est à peu près impossible de les ouvrir.
