Petite déception mais bien placé

le B and B est bien placé pour visiter Syracuse, tout se fait à pied, les chambres très simples possèdent un balcon . Les équipements sont vieillots et pas bien entretenus. Salvo nous accueillent très gentiment et évoque le pris bas pour Syracuse ! Pas de petit déjeuner (excuse covid) alors que nous l'avons payé! Nous avons pu toutefois utiliser sa cafetière. Avis très partagé voir décus.

Great location, thanks Salvo!

Great price for the location and access to old town. Large, clean but basic room. The owner Salvo was fantastic and went out of his way to tell us about the local area, enthusiastic about Sicily and made his way back to let us in after we had arrived after our expected time.

Une très belle surprise !

Une très belle surprise ! Cet appartement st superbement situé : il est juste à coté de l'île d'Ortigia. Nous avions une chambre fantastique avec une vue sur l'île et les deux ports. Le propriétaire nous a donné beaucoup de conseils pour visiter la partie historique de la ville. L'endroit est très propre et très bien tenu. Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour (trop court).

A bit shabby and uncomfortable

Didn't really like as the house looked shabby and uncomfortable. No decoration whatsoever. It looked more like a student apartment. Breakfast was very limited. I wouldn't stay there again even though the landlord was a nice person who tried his best to make us feel comfortable.

Magnifico

Il soggiorno è stato davvero meraviglioso. La struttura è dotata di tutti i servizi e le comodità, la stanza con vista sul mare è davvero incantevole. La stanza è grande, luminosa e confortevole. Il titolare è davvero una persona deliziosa, è stato gentilissimo e chiaro nel riferire tutte le informazioni del caso. Inoltre, bisogna aggiungere la scelta del nostro itinerario tra gli splendori della centro storio è stato facilitato proprio dai consigli del titolare che si sono rivelati utilissimi e che ci hanno permesso di focalizzare l'attenzione su alcuni punti di interesse della città che avevamo trascurato di inserire nella lista delle cose da vedere, ma che si sono rivelati assolutamente imperdibili. La posizione è comodissima ed è davvero a due passi dal centro. E' tutto facilmente raggiungibile a piedi il che contribuisce a regalare un' esperienza piena e rilassante allo stesso tempo.

Tres bien placé

B&b tres bien placé, idéal pour faire à pied Ortigia (à peine 5 mn) et même si on veut le parc archeologique ( 20 mn) Appartement transformé en b&b , déco minimaliste, mais propre. Un grand merci à notre hote pour qui notre bien être est important, qui nous a vraiment bien accueilli et donné beaucoup d explications sur la ville. 2 petits points negatif : par parking gratuit a proximité il faut comprendre parking dans les rues du quartier et les places sont rares. Et hors saison touristique le petit dejeuner se prend au café d'en bas Je recommande fortement

Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff

We had a wonderful stay in Syracuse. Le Grand Bleu is in a perfect location. Salvo was very friendly and helpful, he allowed us to drop our bags off early and gave us some great recommendations. Our room was comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was basic, but not a problem when you have such culinary delights on the doorstop. A great base for exploring a beautiful city.

Une nuit proche d'ortygie

Une bonne nuit passée dans ce B&B malgré les portes grincantes... Salvo est super sympa et acceuillant, nous explique tout ce qu'il y a à voir et donne la map de la ville. Petit déjeuner simple mais efficace.

オルティージャ島の手前にあるB＆B

オルティージャ島への橋から2本ほど手前の通りにある ビルの５階にあるB＆Bです。 キッチン、バスは共同です。４～５部屋ほどあり、 早めに到着したところ、どの部屋がいいか 選ばせてくれました。シラクーザ観光には よい立地だと思います。

Buona posizione

Buona posizione, ad un passo da Ortigia. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. L'appartamento è al quinto piano di un palazzo di vecchia costruzione e dispone di 4 stanze con due bagni in comune. I bagni sono puliti. Le camere hanno arredamento un po' troppo semplificato (no armadio, no tv) e i muri non sono pulitissimi. C'è una cucina in comune che però non abbiamo sfruttato. Presente lavabo e stendibiancheria. Con la posizione che ha il potenziale dell'appartamento è molto più alto di quello che è in realtà. Basterebbe una piccola ristrutturazione e rifinire gli arredi.

Sehr freundlicher Besitzer,der sehr bemüht ist,seinen Gästen wichtige Information über den Ort zu geben. Das Hotel selber ist leider etwas schwer zu finden,da kein großes Schild an der Tür angebracht ist.Das Zimmer und die anderen Räume sind sehr spartanisch eingerichtet,aber zum Übernachten ok.

Clean bed for the night

Room was spacious and pretty clean with ok views of harbour from balcony. Very close to bridge to Ortigia where you will spend most your time. The owner wasn't around when we arrived in the afternoon, I was buzzing the building door with no answer and had to ask a few locals for help before eventually one friendly business owner across the road called the owner for me and he arrived about 15 minutes later. I would strongly recommend scheduling an arrival time with the owner so you are not left on the street confused and waiting. The owner did help me find a street park which was good and he had plenty of info on the town. Breakfast was fairly ordinary. Fresh coffee was good.

Cet hotel bénéficie d'un emplacement exceptionnel à 2 pas d'Ortigia. Flavio vous accueille en Français et se charge de vous trouver une place de parking gratuit dans une rue à côté. Le service est au petit soin. Le balcon donne sur le port, la rue est très calme. La chambre est spacieuse, la déco minimaliste. Le seul petit bémol est la salle de bain vraiment vieillotte mais très propre. Le glacier en face est au top à petit prix

Ho scelto la struttura per tarscorrervi una sola notte, insieme a mio marito e a nostra figlia. All'arrivo abbiamo dovuto attendere oltre 20 minuti perchè qualcuno ci facesse entrare. Le informazioni fornite dalla struttura sono lacunose. Nessuna spiegazione ci è stata data sulla tassa di soggiorno pretesa. L'ambiente non è accogliente, struttura datata, porte scadenti, arredo misero. Abbiamo scoperto solo all'arrivo che il bagno è in comune., per quanto pulito. Le stanze sono calde, a meno di non volere azionare il condizionatore, e molto rumorose perchè il balcone si proietta su una strada trafficatissima, senza tregua. La colazione offerta è inadeguata per tipologia, quantità e scelta. La struttura è un buon ostello ma non merita di appartenere alla categoria di beb, il personale tenta di camuffare tutti i difetti mostrandosi cordiale e prodigo di informazioni, anche quando non richieste.

Chambre très spacieuse et lumineuse. 2 salles de bain très propres pour 4 chambres. Petit déjeuner très copieux. Très bien située c'est à dire avec facilité de parking gratuit et proche dans la rue et juste à l'entrée de la vieille ville Hôte serviable donnant tous les conseils pour une visite dans les meilleures conditions avec des conseils judicieux.
