I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Tokyo. The rooms are very spacious, luxurious, and impeccably clean. The on-site restaurant is amazing — while breakfast is served as a buffet on weekends, the weekday set menus are equally stunning. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station with 20 min walk. The garden is absolutely beautiful, and the staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. The location is great for exploring — about 20–30 minutes by taxi from major attractions. The gym and pool facilities are also excellent, making this hotel a fantastic choice for both relaxation and convenience

this hotel was absolutely amazing. the staff was so nice, friendly and also very welcoming. i booked another hotel in a different area before my stay only to then rebooked chinzanso because i missed it. i would 100% recommend this hotel whether it’s your first stay in tokyo or you’ve been there before. amazing. the garden during the day and at night is breath taking. i could have spent so much time there. when i come back to tokyo i will 100% be staying here again.

Attention to details, everything so clean , stafff warm and welcoming The spa and Onsen clean, quiet and peaceful. The room was spotless with beautiful views of the gardens.
