We had an enjoyable stay at the hotel. The hotel was quiet and the rooms were comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. However the rooms could use some renovation especially the showerhead in the bathroom which we had some trouble with. Overall the location was good and we would visit again.

Elevator smelled of marijuana. Guests smoking weed at night time. Non-smoking room filled with smell of weed, could not sleep. Checked out early. Found a safer hotel.

Hotel is minutes away from Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens and Yorktown. Also very conveniently located to a ton of food and shopping places. From desk staff was very friendly and courteous.

the room was decent was showing signs of wear and tear. the wall had some damaged paint areas. the bathroom was clean but the design of the shower stall makes it look dirty, as it's a fake marble print that looks terrible honestly. the carpet in the main hallway was worn and damaged in several areas. I feel like I over paid for the room.

The beds were comfortable but the walls and floors were gross. The bathroom ceiling had several mold spots on it. The bathroom door was majorly water damaged. The pool water was green and had hair balls in it.The place needs a through cleaning, a good paint job and some fixes.

I booked for the hot tub and images online of clean and inviting rooms. The hot tub was broken, the AC in the room barely worked and was noisy, there were water stains on the ceiling and window drapes, window drapes were broken, in room mini fridge didnt work, the hallways and common areas were dirty and had stains all over it, there was no AC in hallways or main lobby of building, we even checked out hours early just to go back home. We barely get time out without our kids and this experience makes us not want to waste our time or money doing it again.

The air conditioner was not working in the lobby nor the breakfast area it was really hot. Also, the room wasnt clean had a lot of mold around the sink in the bathroom. Walls were nasty! Stains in carpet and on mattress pad.
