EXCELENTE ESTADÍA EN HOTEL JERÓNIMO

Me encanto el hotel, excelente ubicación, muy central y cerca a las avenidas principales para tomar flotas a pueblos cercanos (filandia, salento, etc) y también cercano al terminal. El desayuno delicioso y super completo, la atención del personal también fue de la mejor que he tenido en mis experiencias en hoteles, buen soporte tanto para temas del hotel como asesoría para ir a sitios cercanos, sitios a visitar, sitios donde tomar el transporte, etc. Muy valorable que en las habitaciones haya elementos para comer (me sirvió mucho dado que en la noche que me hospedé llovió demasiado y pudimos comer lo que habia en la habitación) y tambien elementos de aseo. En general mil gracias por todo y volvería sin pensarlo a hospedarme en este hotel, también lo recomiendo 100%.

Excellent staff and service and location!

We wanted to stay there 1 day and ended up staying 3 days. Location great, staff sincere and friendly. Would definitely recommend this if you are staying in Armenia.

Good for the night.

We just needed a place to stay one night on our way to Filandia. The hotel was clean and had a great shower. The breakfast was the usual, eggs, fruit, bread and juice. The best surprise we had was that the bus for Filandia stopped right in front of the hotel, making our transit easy.

Excelente servicio

Excelente servicio, todo el tiempo la gente de la recepción fue de gran utilidad. El desayuno es caliente y delicioso. En precio-calidad lo mejor que puedes encontrar en Armenia. El bus que va a Salento pasa justo frente al hotel, no es necesario siquiera cruzar la calle. Yo viajaba con mis abuelos y siempre el personal fue sumamente cálido, amigable y de utilidad con ellos.

Buen hotel. Lo malo es la ubicacion y que nos cobraron una tarifa mayor a la que estaba estipulada en la pagina. Realmente no obtuvimos el precio favorable que esperabamos

The hotel instalations where very old, the rooms very small, bathroom very small and outdated. There was no hot water. There was no air condition. Very bad location.

Ubicación estratégica para conocer Armenia y alred

Es un hotel apropiado para un par de noches en la ciudad, una ubicación estratégica para conocer el centro de la ciudad caminando (en el día), en la noche por ser zona céntrica no es recomendable. Se puede encontrar un supermercado grande a cuadra y media y una tienda justo al frente. A un par de cuadras del parque cafetero donde puedes tomar los buses para el parque del café, en todo el frente pasan los buses para Salento y a una carrera mínima en taxi de la terminal de transportes. A unas cuantas cuadras se encuentra también la plaza de bolívar y la calle peatonal (sitio concurrido y de mucho comercio). Incluso si no te molesta caminar puedes llegar hasta el centro comercial Unicentro si sigues caminando por toda la calle Bolívar. El hotel ofrece un desayuno incluido en la tarifa y que es bueno y suficiente. La atención del personal es buena y son atentos, sobre todo las mujeres. Les recomendaría que en la noche apagaran la luz del pasillo y mejorar un poco el aseo de los baños (no quiere decir que este mal, sino que podría ser mejor). En general me pareció bueno y una tarifa justa, lo mejor de todo la ubicación estratégica.

No esta mal si es para un viaje corto, solo la luz automatic del Segundo piso Deben cambiarla ya que en la noche se activa al menor movimiento. Por lo demás, todo sin mayor novedad.
