Disliked: Cleanliness
The initial impact was disappointing as the building was quite dirty. The flat although clean to look at was not so clean underneath. The floor although clean (as had been hovered) to look at was pretty filthy when walking on bare feet. The windows did not close and one was broken (I sent pictures of that and the broken freezer door). We didn’t use the kettle as it was so full of limescale. We couldn’t shut the windows and it was extremely noisy outside. On a positive! The location was very good which was the only reason we didn’t try and find somewhere else to stay.
