Solicitei um quarto para 2 pessoas, com 2 camas de solteiro na reserva. Porém, quando cheguei me deram um quarto com uma cama de casal e falaram que não podiam trocar, somente se eu pagasse um valor a mais. O hotel é muito bem localizado.

Portaria TRANCADA as 22.20h...

A estadia do hotel foi quase perfeita . Houve um imprevisto na noite de sábado , onde cheguei ao hotel por volta das 22.20h e a portaria do hotel estava totalmente trancada. Mesmo após insistir em tocar campainha por 20 minutos, ninguém apareceu para abrir a porta. Após forçar a porta, consegui entrar e ir para o apto. Notificado a equipe gerencial do Hotel para providencias .

Avaliação Joana Palace Hotel Aparecida do Norte

Hotel mt perto da Basílica, pode ir à pé até a Igreja. Conforto e café da manhã razoáveis para quem está indo com a finalidade religiosa e não de passeio. Não fiz pacote com almoço e jantar, mas existe esta opção ao comprar a diária, então não posso avaliar as refeições. É fornecida a roupa de cama e banho em quantidade necessária ao uso diário. O hotel precisa de pequenos consertos, tipo bocal de torneira, vedação de água no box do banheiro, mas nada que comprometa a permanência. Nao tem telefones nos quartos, pra falar com a recepção precisa descer. Enfim, um hotel para ficar pouco tempo, o suficiente pra fazer a peregrinação religiosa. Mas os funcionários são muito atenciosos e trabalhadores, se esforçam bastante para atender aos hóspedes. Meus agradecimentos e elogios para a Jaqueline e o Rodrigo da copa, e o Luiz na recepção. Este é espetacular na solicitude, atenção, educação e cuidado com o hóspede. Se eu tivesse uma empresa gostaria que o Luiz fosse meu funcionário. Fui muito bem atendida por ele. Nota 8 para o hotel, nota 1000 para os funcionários. Recomendo e voltarei a me hospedar lá.

O hotel tem potencial para voltar a ser 3 estrelas

ótimo atendimento. Bem localizado. Estacionamento em frente. Não fizeram a limpeza nos 3 dias em que me hospedei, e nem trocaram as roupas de cama e de banho, pois o hotel estava reabrindo pós pandemia e não tinham funcionários, e também devido aos protocolos de segurança contra a covid. Pelo mesmo motivo, o café da manhã deixou muito a desejar para um hotel 3 estrelas, recebendo a nota mais baixa da hospedagem. É compreensível que um bom hotel como este, que resistiu à, pandemia não esteja com bom atendimento atualmente, mas acredito que voltará a ser ótimo.

Organização e tamanho legal do quarto; porém o banheiro com ralo velho e descansando com toalhas surradas. Parte de lazer muito legalllll! Café da manhã bem servido mas pouco espaço para todos os hóspedes usarem, devido ao tempo curto do café da manhã 6h as 8h.
