Lack of good attitude stay elsewhere

Check in was alright and stay was good until check out when the owner was on site. I believed the check out was 12pm, but actually 11. Fortunately we had all bags ready and at 11;15am were told to leave immediately. Took literally 7 minutes for us to leave the room, no guests waiting to enter. Then we asked owner could we please eat some food before we left in the downstairs common area. He replied rudely "No" check out at 11 means out the door off the premises completely. Strange since he knew and we had stayed previously with no problem. Before I would recommend this prooperty, but never again- stay elsewhere if possible.
