STAY AWAY!!! COMPANY WILL SCAM YOU. Not even a half hour after check in our bathroom was flooded. The room above us had a pipe burst. We were on the phone on and off with multiple staff members, maintenance, general managers, and multiple other people for over 6 hours. We are traveling with 3 adults including an elderly person and 2 young children. Our bathroom is completely unusable. We had to walk all the way across the property and to the lobby for our children and mother to use the restroom. Finally when I heard back from the manager of Rysen all we were offered was our money back and for us to leave. This did not help us at all considering all other rooms/condos were completely booked up for the time we are here. We were basically given the option of being homeless for 4 nights or to stay in a room with a never ending leak to where none of us could use the toilet, shower or use the bathroom. We were told no when we asked for compensation to help us into the only available condo that would accommodate the 5 of us. We were asking for help to pay the difference between this condo and the other only available hotel for the rest of the trip. We obviously chose to take the full refund but unfortunately we had to stay here because there is no other options for us. Now they are ignoring us and we cannot get our refund. STAY AWAY.
