Horrible Experience. Never again

AVOID! a HUGE hassle. This is a group somewhere in Spain, two days before send an email with many mistakes asking to send your ID to them. I don't want to send my ID to strangers! Then you MUST download an app to get the info you need. Then they can’t send you a text msg and I need to call them. They give you ONE key due to "security reasons". When you leave you must take picture and send them. of and the property is bad and you can find way better deals at this level of prices. A hassle, unpleasant stay and a group that illegally annoys us and forces us to deal with them, emails and apps. Questionable people.
