The property was located close within walking distance to the beach. A couple min drive to a few different places to eat. Pool was okay. Only 1 tv in the unit, no wash rags or broom available for use.

Overpriced and Disappointing

It wasn't clear this wasn't a hotel. We got there late so it was hard to figure out how to get into the room. Book for 4 people planning to use the couch bed, but it was too dirty to sleep on. Not everyone was even comfortable sitting on it. It was so dirty. For the cost I would have expected much better. Shouldn't have to pay more than $150. Very disappointed.

I like the fact that the apartment was very spacious and clean. I was communicating with someone the whole time via text and they never got tired of my constant questions and I thank you for that. I would definitely come back if needed again

Do NOT book with this property! We were instantly displeased with the property the second we walked through the gate. Everything is very run down and poorly taken care of. It isn't even close to the pictures! We couldn't even open our room door because the hinges were rusted. My husband, who is a city of Richmond firefighter and very strong, had to fight to finally get the door open. Once he got it open, we discovered the hinges were completely rusted and not even attached to the door and the two other hinges weren't far behind. I called for emergency help because the door wouldn't shut and we were forced to sit in the room waiting for someone. I called at 5pm and the maintenance crew leaves at 6pm. We never heard back from anyone and were forced to find another place to stay since the door wouldn't shut. I haven't been able to get a refund for our stay, though we were in the room less than an hour. Our trip was a surprise getaway for my husband's 50th birthday and I was completely embarrassed and disappointed with this booking. The property is noisy (they left ear plugs on the kitchen table - as if that isn't enough of a sign!) and clearly very old with minimal investment of the owners. There's a lighted sign just inside the front room that says "Let's Party" which was also another clue. This was such a disappointment! I hope to get my money back but at this point it doesn't look hopeful. Please save yourself the pain and just stay at the Hilton or Marriott!
