Nice quiet family stay

Quiet time at townhomes. Easy to get to downtown Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. The rental was stocked with kitchen amenities to do dishes and cooking utensils. The closets are large and each bedroom has a bath room—one with a shower and the other a tub shower.

We had a great time staying here! Only issue was the door code would not work when we arrived but made a phone call and was given a code to the actual key box outside and was able to get in. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful!

Amazing stay! Quiet, private, roomie, clean and super comfy!! Definitely recommend! Will stay again if I go back! The back porch was our favorite morning/evening spot!

Loved our stay here. We were able to have our dog with us during our vacation. Townhouses were nice and quiet. Saw some wildlife including a deer on our walks around the property. Had a great little balcony with a table and chairs off the dining room. Able to cook a few meals so we didn't have to done out for every meal. Would love to stay here again!

Perfectly clean! Perfect location!

We love staying in this area because it is so easy to get to everything on the side roads and avoid parkway traffic. 3 minutes to Dollywood. The 2 sets of bunkbeds were perfect for the 4 teens! This unit was extremely clean! I would definitely stay again! I didn't miss a cabin or hot tub. 5 Star!

Overall great stay. Toilet downstairs was shaky and the freezer didnt freeze very well. Hot water didnt last long but we all managed showers everyday. Id stay again. They were very accommodating and my 2 furbabies were welcomed.

We enjoyed staying in the well maintained apartment with a lot of room and a full kitchen. The only thing we were not sure giving high score is that it is almost like an Airbnb in style, but doesn’t have basic things that many Airbnb these days offer for convenience of their guests, such as salt and pepper, oil and aluminum foils, etc. As a visitor from far away, it was not possible to travel with these items, and with the kitchen equipped, we expected to have them in place. We’d have preferred to stay in a real Airbnb in this case, or rather a conventional hotel, maybe. But otherwise, it was a nice apt to stay for a few nights, and probably we could have stay with another good family friend to enjoy the big space.

Quick family trip

We had a good time. The townhouse was clean & organized. There is no spices/seasonings & few pots/pans. They provide starter kit of paper goods & detergents.There wasn’t enough towels left but we washed them.

So this property is great, perfect location! It’s a little bit older, but it’s quiet, the indoor pool was heated and a blast. Bring extra toilet paper tho!! Beds aren’t that comfortable. But the setup is pretty cool. You get a whole condo, lots of space. 5 minutes to Dollywood and everything else. Easy checkin, smooth process and parking right up to your front door.

The townhouse was clean and spacious. We were a little discouraged with the clubhouse because it was not useable. The pool area was clean but there was a section of the pool that was not working.

The place was very neat and pretty overall. We were able to find the complex easily and had no issues upon check in or check out. The views were great, kitchen was stocked, and the complex parking lot is well lit at night. My only complaint would be that there is a smell of dogs that seems to just be a part of the air now. I do understand they allow pets, so for many this is not even an issue. I also found 2 short, black dog hairs on the sheets when pulling back the bedding. The white sheets also did not look to be in great condition- I only say this to suggest a different color scheme when allowing people to have pets that more than likely sleep in the beds with them. Our time was short, but memories will be forever and we really did enjoy our stay here!

Rocky start ended up with comfort stay!

At first it was frustrating that there wasn’t a front desk or a face to deal with. The email was taking too long and I was worried about signal as to receive them. It would be easier if it was texting. But once the miscommunication cleared up, I was able to access the townhouse and it was perfect! I enjoyed everything there. I would come back again now that I know what to do when it comes to staying here such as be prepared for emails and etc. townhouse was gorgeous and the Mountain View was breathtaking!

Horrible Experience

When we arrived the door was open which was weird. The sofas in the front room are very dirty with stains and the place was pretty dirty. Nothing like the pictures. Next we left to get some food and when we came back the door code did not work to open the door, so we had to wait outside freezing while we contacted the company to get another code. The worst part was there were window air conditioners in the windows and the furnace would not heat the house. It was freezing! On top of that the sheets and blankets were dirty so our whole family had to sleep with our coats and hats on! The bathrooms had zero water pressure so you couldn’t even take a good shower. We booked for 2 nights but we left after the first day and checked into a nearby Hotel. Don’t fall for the pictures and descriptions you will be highly disappointed.
