Disliked: Communication
Horrible Experience - Beware! Based on my experience with Ryson Rental. We were informed a little over 5 hours before our check-In that we could not check-in due to cleaning crew being unable to clean the home and that we may be able to check-in the following day with no guarantees though. We were loaded driving to Galveston TX with 8 family members that had taking vacation time off to go on a family reunion with grandparents, and with 3 more going to meet us there. Ryson Rentals would not refund our prepared entire 4 day stay amount. BEWARE OF THEIR RENTAL CONTRACT!!!!. Most expense mistake I have ever made was trusting that Ryson would do the reasonable and morally right thing and provide us a refund, they chose not do so. So sad ......... Beware - Beware -Beware
