The location is amazing, 1 block from Il Duomo. The staff was friendly and helpful. It’s loud outside but they have a storm proof window that really muffles the noise.

Its very near to bus boat stop. Overall it was good stay but the hotel needs a bit of love ( small repairs here and there ,based on our triple room.

The location is amazing, super close to the duomo and other city highlights (You can see Santa Maria del Fiore from the door!) The room was big and comfortable the downside was the AC, specially in a 40 degree day, it was super noisy and it didn't cool down the room much.

The staff was phenomenal and extremely accommodating. If they could do it then they would. We’re booked the hotel last second and had no issues whatsoever even with a late check in. They held our bags for us after we checked out so we could be bag free until our flight So close to everything and a very convenient spot!

Location location location. Best to explore Florence. Close to everything. Breakfast included is misleading . It's just croissant and coffee at a cafe opposite. Also, reception staff is available only from 9 to 4. But available on what'sapp.

I’m a minimalist at heart and don’t need much but I was traveling with family on this trip and I listened to there complaints and here’s what the family didn’t enjoy about 4 Narrow flights of stairs to get to the office then to the room amenities were good spacious room with entry way and separate bathroom, couldn’t open window due to scaffolding being outside the window and worried about theft and no air conditioner only furnace.

While the hotel room itself was totally fine and I have no complaints, the building in which it was located smells very very bad. Our room smelled fine but every time we left/came back we had to go up the stairs to the room and it smelled horrendously bad. Other than that, the staff was super nice and the room was quite nice, and it’s super close to everything which is a huge plus.

Relais il Campanile - Not so good

Old and rundown. Toilet did not flush properly and leaked. Air conditioning broke within 1 day and could not be repaired.Not a hotel but a room to rent. Small room. No inroom safe. Photos are misleading. Expensive for what little you get.

The property is located at a very central place which is the only positive. However, it is very outdated. We struggled to find a working socket to charge phones in the room. There were drilling and hammering noise at 8 a.m. We paid for the accomodation to get some rest, but it was impossible due to the noise. Lights were flickering too. The room looked worse than in the photos online - very old and small.

The location is amazing. There was a very good effort made to make it as comfortable as possible. I appreciated that there were plenty of extra blankets and pillows as well as toiletries. The staff was friendly and helpful. They stowed our luggage for free after we checked out so that we could hit a few more museums before leaving. There were some real problems that need to be addressed. There was mold in the bathroom above the shower. There was an awful smell in the stairwell leading to the room. Initially it was ok because it was only in the stairwell, but after a day the smell creeped into our room and by day two it was unbearable. There was an Air freshener in the room, but it didn’t do much. There was some brick laying work happening right outside our window and it began at 7:00 in the morning. This may have all been temporary and it is likely they are addressing the problem, but it did make for an uncomfortable stay. There were other problems that are understandable due to the age of the building and the location. For example: the walls are very thin so you can hear everyone who come and goes.

Amazing central location. Easy to enter outside door and get to room after reception hours. Room was fine. Bathroom was a little smelly. No problems but it also wasn't anything special.

Una PESADULLA en Florencia

Fue la PEOR experiencia que hemos tenido ya que nos recibió nadie y no teníamos acceso al interior del hotel, estuvimos afuera esperando a que algún huésped saliera para poder entrar, batallamos para comunicarlos vía WhatsApp con la adiminirracion…. HOTELES.COM no deberia ofrecer esta opción; fue un verdadera desastre NO existe la opción de desayuno incluido, sin MENTIRAS !!!!

Nicht super modern aber alles was man braucht war da. Mein Zimmer war sauber, der Ausblick war schön und ein kleiner Supermarkt war direkt gegenüber. Mir war die Matratze etwas zu hart, aber das ist Geschmackssache.

チェックイン、アウトが分かりにく過ぎます。スタッフに一度も出会いませんでした。普通のアパートで全く入り口が分からないです。 バスタブが無くシャワーのみは値段的に仕方ないですが、ゴミ箱が無く、タオルも交換されず、冷蔵庫が壊れているとか… それを除くと立地は本当に良いため、安くしたい場合には良いかもしれません。
