Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Not a premium property as advertised. Dirty, upon arriva,l we had to call management to change the dirty bedsheets and clean the floors. Used dirty band-aid visible under the bed! Hot water for the showers was on and off. Barely any water pressure in the showers. The building turned off the water for several hours one day. The parking garage has very narrow turns both ways (up/down), on every level, with cement block curbs that will scrap your rims. The third bedroom advertised is basically a small area partioned off next to the kitchen with a twin bed. Overall, the property is worn, dirty, and needs work.
