Excellent location for the metro system. This is a grand and massive hotel which is quite luxurious. The staff are very helpful. The Japanese gardens are very pretty and ideal for some great photos. Numerous restaurants are available within the complex. Must stay if in the area !

The restaurants were varied and easy to access. The complimentary breakfast was excellent! Our room was clean and had a fabulous view of the garden and when it wasn't foggy, Mt. Fuji :-) Highly recommend.

Central location. Nice, luxurious hotel. We were busy exploring Tokyo so didn’t really have time to enjoy the amenities - their gorgeous garden and many great restaurants on property. This hotel is more suitable for couples or elderly. Great hotel, just not our vibe with teenagers.

Absolutely fantastic luxury hotel. Very spacious rooms with great views and comfortable appointments: Nespresso machine, fridge, comfy chairs. The staff are all friendly and capable, particularly the concierge staff. The garden is delightful. Many food options in the surrounding neighborhood.
