I’d advise against cooking this property. We booked this place day-of (a few hours before check-in). Right after placing our booking, the property manager reached out to inform us of additional cleaning fees that were not disclosed on Expedias listing, and which we needed to pay before getting our check in information. I spoke to expedia and they confirmed they were not aware of the additional fees. At this point we requested to cancel the booking given the price did not match the listed price and we had just placed the booking a few minutes prior, but the property manager was completely inflexible on the booking as it was “within the 24hr cancellation period” - even though we had just placed the booking less than 1 hour before! This trapped us in a situation which either forced us to forfeit the entire cost of the 2 night booking or pay the additional cleaning fees. Additionally, the listing said there was off street parking, however upon arrival they only offered us street parking on a busy street in a bad neighborhood (also not disclosed in listing). Lastly, the listing said it sleeps 4 adults, but there were only 2 full-size beds, which for your average sized adult doesn’t work. We ultimately decided not to stay at the property because the experience felt very dishonest, unwelcoming and unsafe. Expedia was kind enough to refund us some of the stay’s cost, but the property flat out refused to engage on the matter. Avoid this property.
