Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
It was closed even though we reserved and paid over one month ago without any prior notice. Worst in my life. We had to find other accomodation in the area we had little idea and English was not often used. We had to stay in a condominium where no heating was offered. We were almost frozen to death during the night. However there were no other choices. We had to avoid sleeping out in the open air. We couldn't help staying at the summer condominium.
