My mistake was choosing this apartment. As a frequent traveler, I have learned to overlook small inconveniences such as missing cleaning supplies and furnute scratches. However, the real issue arose when I noticed that the apartment was extremely cold, even though the weather outside was warm. The heating was not working, and I was thankful to have packed warm clothing.
But the biggest trouble started when I checked out and received a damage claim from the property. I was accused of causing damage that I did not do, and the property provided photos as evidence that they could not explain as damage or provide evidence it wasn't before me. I am currently in a dispute with them, but this experience has caused me to lose trust in both the apartment and Noclegi Renters service. I will never use them again and feel compelled to warn other travelers about my negative experience.
