Great Location

Hotel right on the snow, location couldn't be better. Buffet breakfast had a wide selection and quality food. Ski hire and lift tickets available at hotel. Rooms older but clean and comfortable

古いけど愛らしい

開業から半世紀近く経っているようで、 経年劣化的なものを感じざるを得ないところはありますが、綺麗で過ごしやすいホテルだと思います。なによりあの三角屋根がとても好きです。

レトロな雰囲気のホテル

古いけれど、入り口からフロントの辺りが特に昭和レトロな雰囲気で、私は好きです。 スイスシャレー風の大きな三角屋根とホテル前の白樺もロマンティック。 ドラマ北の国からに、何度も出てきたホテルなので、ドラマファンとしては、ずっと訪れたかったので感慨深かったです。 朝食は充実した内容で満足。 私は使いませんでしたが、大浴場もあるようです。 部屋に蚊がいて、驚きましたが、山の近くだから こんな事もあるのでしょう。

今まで無数のホテルを利用しましたが、あんなにへたったベッドで寝たのは初めて。ベッドは異常に沈み込み、端のワイヤーは直接肌で感じる。ソファベッドは更にひどく、ベッドの縦半分は硬く半分は柔らかすぎるのが、ペラペラのベッドパッドが意味をなさない為直接体に伝わる。いくらハイシーズンとはいえ、料金に見合わない料金設定は詐欺に当たる程だと思う。

満足してます

全体的に満足してます 朝食美味しく頂きました wifeが接続出来ないのが残念です 静かな環境の中で滞在できましたが 朝日が部屋に当たり暑く目覚めました 冷房の効きも悪く 窓も開かず 不快な朝を迎えたのは残念でした 回りには何もない立地 売店が22時まで営業に助かりました

今どき 部屋でWiFiが出来なく フロントに来て欲しいなど ビジネスホテルでも無いよ ウェルカムドリンクも19時で終わりなんて それならいっそ無い方がマシです 今回の北海道旅行中(6泊)最悪でした 富良野新プリに統合するのかな？ 設備も古く改定されて無い

去年 新富良野プリンスホテルに泊まりましたが、今回のホテルの方が落ち着いた感じで良かったと思います。 ただ、やはりお風呂は大浴場だけでは物足りなく露天風呂があるとより良かったと思います

バブル時代前の施設の古さにビックリした。 狭い部屋に狭いユニットバスは最悪でした。 この時代錯誤の施設でこの値段には驚きでした。プリンスホテルは客への配慮でなく金稼ぎのホテルです。

ベルボーイがとても丁寧。 受付のスタッフ、ホールスタッフ、みんな笑顔が素敵でした！ 部屋★★★☆☆ 歴史のあるホテルのため、施設の劣化は否めませんが逆にどんな歴史があり、どんな事があったのか興味が湧きました。 また、コンセントの位置が悪いため、今どき（携帯、パソコン）を使うには少しばかり不便かも。 コンセントにUSBジャックもあると重宝されるかも。 大浴場★★★★★ とても清潔でした。 シャンプーなども同じ並びで整理されていて、好印象。 ロビー★★★★★ オフシーズンでの利用の為、とても静かで優雅な気分に。 その他★★★☆☆ 別館での利用です。 エレベーターはありません。 それは大きな問題ではないのですが、 2階が喫煙フロアー、 3階が禁煙フロアーのため、 3階から降りるたびに階段フロアーにまで、匂いが漂ってしまい、マイナスポイント。 喫煙、禁煙フロアーを変えることは難しいと思いますが、2階の出入り口に匂いを緩和する観葉植物もしくは、香りを出すもの、などタバコ臭を塞いだ方がいいかも？ タクシーの手配 スムーズでした。 ベルボーイがドライバーに行き先を伝えてくれ、難なく目的地へ。
