"There is nothing we did not like. Staff so wonderful; pools pristine and fun; food was excellent and many choices. Room was so inviting; loved the TV channel with Jimmy Buffett in concert 24/7. Special call out to the best concierge, Janey. Erick at breakfast always saw us enter the Boathouse and gave us a table up front because we are partially handicapped. Landshark Bar and Grill always yummy and fun. We has a swim out room and it was wonderful. We were there in August and returned in October....
"Best resort we have ever been too. Room wa gorgeous a butlers went above and beyond beyond to make sure our room was stocked and that we had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Good variety of food. So many activities and pools that we couldn’t fit everything into our trip. Will 100% be back"
"I had an amazing time there so much so that I didn’t want to leave when it was time to go home. This resort definitely accommodated
all of my needs and wanted. I will definitely be back soon. I recommend this hotel to any adult who just wanna relax have an amazing time and to enjoy some great food. This resort is a 10 out of 10❤️❤️❤️❤️"
"Extremely friendly staff and great all inclusive resort! This resort is also just a block away from 5th Avenue if you want to see shops, restaurants, and bars. The restaurants on the resort are top notch and will satisfy anyone. Definitely would come back without hesitation!"
"The hotel scenery was beautiful to take photos or shoot content. Room was really nice. The pools were ok. Need to have proper lounge chairs by the pools. The shower heads in the rooms need to be changed. Hardly any water would come out but the tub was better to use instead. And it shouldn’t be so open the bathroom area since if wanting to bathe/shower in private. Nothing is covering that area. If wanting peace and quiet, it’s a place to stay at while in Tulum."
