But great little bar in the lobby- just missing a few things weary travellers might need. Very helpful. Convenient to the airport . Staff helpful. "

"Excellent located hotel. We stayed in the northern wing in a nice corner room with great view to the Rossio square. The room was well appointed and immaculate clean. It had an espresso maker with capsules, comfy bed and towels. The towel was brand new, with porcelain tiles and a great rain shower. The location cannot be better within walking distance to major sites and the metro. Highly recommended."

"This place is quiet and very basic. It has some nice amenities like hot water and coffee machines on every floor plus a rooftop with a pretty view of the river. The hotel itself was a bit eclectic and not in the most convenient part of town. "

"Excellent location. Room was spacious and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Steps away from the Metro and amazing food. Will absolutely stay here again. Can be a little noisy so recommend getting a top floor so you can’t hear footsteps above you. Other than that quiet and peaceful. "

"Check-in facile et courtois. On nous a donné accès à notre chambre à midi au lieu de 15h00. C’était très apprécié. La chambre était propre. Le quartier était tranquille et agréable. Le petit déjeuner était extraordinaire. Tout nous a semblé cinq étoiles. "

"Great location in a safe area and central to restaurants, shops and local transportation. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Nice free breakfast from 7:30-10:30. My room was super clean and I had an amazing view of the city/water. There was construction across the street that was a little noisy at night but obviously that’s not the hotels fault. The elevator was hit or miss with weather it worked or not. Overall I would recommend. "

"Stayed in a 4 female bed shared room. Bed was nice, clean and spacious. A lot of noise from bathroom, and upper rooms, doors opening and closing , etc. Breakfast is an extra 6 euros and not so many options, but still.was good and comfortable if you dont have much time. You can stay until 11 am and work while you get endless coffee so I would advise to get their breakfast. Check in is long, as there is usually a line, also in the.morning for breakfast you'll have to get in line so go early...
