"Really centrally located and nicely appointed hotel. Staff were great and we even got a welcome drink as we checked in. They kept our baggage until we were able to check in. Room was excellent and the bar had a great selection of food. Only complaint was that we had to ask 3 times for extra coffee pods - one coffee in the morning wasn’t enough for us! They did eventually get us the extra caffeine we needed though."

"Let me start by staff being very nice and helpful and hotel has this clean scent from the minute you walk in. Room is spacious and very clean. Very comfortable. Ok so the down side, only one functioning elevator for the hotel . We stayed 4 days and all 4 days the other elevator was broken. The shower is i. "Fantastic service, rooms missing some small touches. It is definitely a unique property with lots of history. The rooms in the main building are very ornate and cool. The food service for breakfast and in the bar for dinner were really good. Every person that served us was well trained, happy we were there and were on their game. Some of the rooms had no balcony and were dated. While trying to match the feeling of the palace they missed the mark a little. Only one usb charging outlet. ...
