"Just needed a quiet place to rest for a night after a busy day at a sports event in Tottenham. Bay Tree House was the perfect haven, with lovely views over Arnos Park. The hosts were welcoming and warm, and the breakfast was more than expected - freshly cooked and plenty of items to choose from. We drove, but the house is near a tube station for convenient access into London locations. Would definitely stay here again."

"Unique little hotel above a popular pub. Not noisy though. Our room was incredibly small. Really cute but the smallest lodging I have ever stayed in. Be sure to tell them if you are large people. That could have been an issue. The hotel is clean and has great staff. "

"A lovely place to stay right next to Greenwich market. 2 mins walk from the Cutty Sark and from the Uber water taxi which goes to the O2 or main Thames stops up the river. The room was nice, the shower room was a nice size. But the only down side was there was no where that said you have to go into the pub to check in! So not sure how it would work if you turned up after pub shuts. Also, we were in a rush to get to the O2 but spent loads of wasted time trying to find no 7 Admiral Hardy and...

"Had a lovely stay - were only there for one night but could have easily stayed longer! Lovely room, breakfast options great and everything was clean. Only thing to consider might be location depending on what you’re after when staying in London but it was perfect for us!"

"This B&B is located in Belgravia which is great. Overall its a very nice place to stay if you dont need a lot of luxuries. Its pretty basic but the breakfast is very good and the people are very nice and helpful. Getting in the first time is a bit tricky so be sure to let them know you're on the way so you can get instructions."

"The OYO London Guest House was a great option for my overnight business trip to London. My single room was pretty small, but absolutely fine. Everything was spotlessly clean, and in good condition. It looks like the photos on the website. The shower was very good. The reception staff were pleasant, and pretty efficient, and the wifi worked well. The guest house is in a good location for the Elizabeth Line (Acton Main Line station - just 5 mins by foot) and I could reach my morning appointment...

"I stayed in the Love & Peace cottage. I initially was only staying a few days, but resulted in staying 3 weeks due to my father's health. Pat, the owner, was so welcoming and then so accommodating with the uncertainty of my length of stay. Going through a rollercoaster of emotions, Pat always made sure I was ok. "It is a charming old property in a old immigrants community. The problem is that there no one in the property afte 2 pm."

Small rooms, no food in the hotel, shared bathrooms make it a bit inconvenient, but if you can stay at one third the price of other hotels in the vicinity, have walkable access to Paddington which gives you public transport connectivity across London and you are on a short stay, you should take it!"

"This is a very well equipped hotel in a convenient location - great value for money. We have stayed here several times. The only criticism I have this time is that there seems to currently be an issue with the hot water pipes - they are very noisy! Hopefully this will soon be fixed."
