"The property manager, Moon, was excetional. She was very attentive, friendly and gave us accurate advice on local providers. We enjoyed the riverside breakfasts, the pool was clean and refreshing. "Huge hotel, rooms were very large clean comfortable and well appointed. The swimming pool is incredible and a big draw. Decent restaurants and 2 breakfast locations. Danang is a rather long narrow city and this is right at the top so we had to take grab everywhere but luckily they’re so cheap in Vietnam it wasn’t a problem. We had checked out of a different hotel in the centre and preferred this one by miles. Also very convenient for going to Bana Hills. "

The only thing that I don’t like is the customers front desk are not friendly and when I asked for 1 hour late check out she said no. Most hotel they will help 1 or 3 hours late check out because of the emergency meeting or event of the guests "
"The hotel is beautiful in a quiet spot but walkable to the main beach. Rooftop pool amazing with great views. Rooms spacious, we had a balcony with seaview a must when on a beach holiday. Restaurant, bar and coffee shop all great. Would definitely go back"
