"This was a classic bait and switch. The photos of the hotel may have been real but they were extremely old. To start with the opening to thr street is wide open, no door or other security measures. Anyone on the street can walk right in a up to the rooms which only lock with a standard key. It was dingy, dusty and outdated my first clue was the paper book check in. The bathroom floor and shower were dirty. There was even a soap dispenser with a layer of dirt on top of it and a old tattered hand...

"We loved our stay at Riverside Impression. The hosts were extremely kind and accommodating and took time welcoming us to the area and mapping out the sights. It is in a safe, quiet area away from the chaos of the night markets and the pool is a lovely way to unwind at the end of the night. We will be back!"

"We had an excellent stay at Yen Villa. Vinh was very helpful and kind. Breakfast and food in general is very good. Its a wonderful back alley location that is highly walkable to Hoi An. You can also grab one of the free bikes to ride into town. Loved our stay here and would highly recommend it."

"We stayed here for one week and absolutely loved it! In a quiet and calm neighborhood a short walk away from the main core of Hoi An. Lots of food options and tons to do, cannot recommend it enough!"

"Terrible experience!!! The road was flooded by the rain and taxi couldn't enter to the hotel area. I had to make several phone calls to find the direction and had to walk 10 minutes wet by dirty water all the way upto my thigh. Hotel did not informed the situation at all until I arrived. I was so~~~ mad and disappointed. I left the hotel without staying and needed to pay extra cost to get a room again in Danang. Very~~~bad operation."
