A hotel is just a hotel especially one far away from a fave destination - old town. However, the reception supervisor Lily made a difference to the stay and was the source of customer delight. Keep up the good work! The first inkling I had of the effort put in was the number of hours the staff worked.

An amazing resort and location. About 15 minutes by shuttle bus or cab to Hoi An which is a beautiful charming town. You can chill and relax at the resort and then be in the hustle and bustle of Hoi An town. Fantastic food and wine. Brilliant location on the beach, amazing pools with a quiet pool overlooking the ocean for adults only with a separate family pool. The staff and service were brilliant. Lovely local people delivering excellent service with warm. A well equipped gym as well as your...

Lovely area, shuttles to the old town in one direction and the beach area in the other made it a great place to be. The hotel had great facilities, the staff were attentive and helpful but not over the top. Spa was excellent and the food was good. Pools and bars were good and the room was large with all the mod cons and huge bath! Hard pressed to think of any improvements, would definately return

Breakfast is fantastic and wide variety to choose. The staff will check the room number & show you to seat (indoor or outdoor). Then will ask if you would like coffee or tea. The service staff will also have small talk with us. Pleasantly impressed by the good work. Room are clean & staff are friendly. From check in to check out - the hotel staff services are excellent . Will stay again.

Travelled with my family including 2 young kids and had a memorable and relaxed time here. Service was excellent as described by many other travellers - really friendly staff across all departments. Resort was well maintained, with aesthetically pleasing and thoughtful design from the rooms to the pools and beach. Breakfast was good, similar to most big international brands (wouldn’t call it spectacular). Airport transfer was super comfortable. Would definitely come back here if visiting da...

Staff try very hard. Location is excellent for Hoi An.

THe Podiatrist Julie was amazing. Professional and friendly. Definitely going back to see her again.

Had a very relaxing week at this resort - the staff are wonderful and get it all correct. Strongly recommended for Travellers with family or someone looking for a quiet getaway.

Fast internet, excellent staff and service, breakfast spread was large with egg station n pho daily. Varied freshly baked bread, Viet coffee station plus coffee with oat milk even! Fruits and Viet specialties. Highly recommend

Helpful staff who were accommodating and made the stay pleasant and memorable.

Perfect weeklong family stay at Bay resort - fantastic location on the river close to everything but away from the crowds, impeccable service, great rooms, great pool. The staff goes out of their way to make your stay a memorable one, couldn’t recommend this place more!

Nice resort if you want relatively quiet place to rest and recharge, especially if you get the villa facing the river. Daily spa services is good … quality of massage varies depending on masseurs but generally pretty good. Strong hands. The Merchant cruise was a nice experience.
