"Overall, the hotel was great and very new. The staffs were very friendly and knowledgeable. I need to call out one of the staff his name is “Phuc”. He went above and beyond for helping me to communicated with my grab driver for the overcharge cost of ride from Hoi An ancient town to the hotel. I ended up got my money back. His exceptional service was greatly appreciated. And for the room, it was nicely set up for 3 guests with additional sofa bed. Very thoughtful. Everything just looked as pictures. Especially the toilet, OMG… it has a functional with the air vent that will turn on once you sit down the toilet seat and eliminated the odor … It is genius ! Nonetheless , the purified water dispenser was a great additional. It helped saved some bucks. "

"Was very impressed with this hotel. The location is great, as the beach is just across the street. The hotel offered a large buffet breakfast of asian and western foods. Cleaning of rooms was always done and refreshed towels daily, especially after a day at the beach. The hotel has a roof top pool and bar that offers a relaxing time and great views. It was never busy which made it very comfortable. All staff are so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Would definitely stay here again."

"We had a fantastic stay at Furama Resort Danang. The beachfront is absolutely beautiful — clean, wide, and perfect for relaxing walks or just enjoying the ocean view. The food was also a highlight, with a great variety and delicious options, especially the breakfast. What truly made our stay special was the excellent service. The staff were warm, attentive, and always went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. A special thanks to Minh from the reservations team for his kindness and professionalism. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely come back again."

"Very happy with our stay. Very good sized room , well equipped, fantastic bathroom with shower and bath and super comfortable bed. Staff were very helpful with booking trips and assisting with any questions. Good location close to the beach. Would book again if we came back to Da nang"

"The hotel is clean, well kept and comfortable. The buffet breakfast is good. The beach is across the street. Unfortunately, the noise and music from the beach night clubs, until late in the night, could clearly be heard from my beachfront room. The hotel provides ear plugs so this must be a common complaint. For me, I would select a quieter hotel next time and give up the beach view. "
